Weifang Hikos Shipyards Co., Ltd., since 1992, occupies more than 200,000 square meters for production industrial park, with about 80 employees. HIKOS products cover three major series of transport ships, engineering ships and multi-functional work ships, with a total of nearly dozens of products. Products are deeply customized according to the customer requirements and combined with the real work site conditions. The products are widely used for the transportation of goods, dredging, waterway maintenance, hydraulic reclamation and port construction. The large scale of the factory provides a guarantee for the complete and mature ship machinery industry chain.
Strong Technical Force
HIKOS have one division of Labour on the basis of specialization, highly cooperative group, rich in product development capability and strong technical force. HIKOS have been through ISO 9001 Quality System Certification and CE Certification. All of design, production and quality inspection are according to the standards and regulations of CCS. And HIKOS obtained 26 types of Certificate of Utility Model Patent and 23 types of Certificate of Design Patent. For the accumulation of technology in 30 years, each product is built by senior welding technicians in strict accordance with the technical specifications, to ensure the quality and robustness of the hull. In particular, HIKOS have unique testing pool testing service, so as to ensure the successful use of the ship, to achieve remote simulation of on-site testing work for customers to check before delivery.
The Actual Production Experience
Strong technology, products with excellent quality, perfect service and reasonable prices to win domestic and foreign customers praise and trust. HIKOS have signed agreements with domestic provincial Port Authority, waterway dredging department and river Authority. According to the needs of many customers, we also have established good cooperation relationships with famous Shijiazhuang Kingda Pump Industry Group Co., Ltd. and Changchun Gold Research Institute. Products are exported to more than 40 countries such as Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Brazil, Argentina, Benin, Egypt, Poland, Nigeria, Ukraine, Indonesia and Korea, etc. The customer repurchase rate is up to about 40%.
Due to the long production period, in order to avoid some customers to delay the project, each type of dredger will have 1-2 pieces in stock, and the shortest production cycle will be controlled within 30 working days. During the construction period, all departments are strictly required to take rapid response measures in combination with the actual production progress and international situation. In view of the impact of COVID-19 on the after-sales service, HIKOS quickly updated and reformed the after-sales service system. The upgraded after-sales service mode not only ensures the safety of technicians, but also provides great convenience for customers. HIKOS have received much praise in the international market.
